Dustin Collins, Owner and President
Dustin Collins is the Owner and President of Theater Outsource, Inc. He has over 20 years of experience in the lighting and entertainment industry. He graduated from Ball State with a degree in Technical Theater Lighting and worked with various lighting dealers across the Midwest such as Designlab, ILC, Fazetron, and Partech. Dustin was the Business Development Manager at Chicago Flyhouse, specializing in rigging and arenas. He also worked in Sales and as a Lighting Systems Manager at Wenger/JR Clancy. With his vast understanding of this industry, Dustin created Theater Outsource, Inc., to be a flexible resource for companies to utilize for recruiting, project management and drafting. Outside of Theater Outsource Inc., Dustin enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid sports fan.

Summer Johnson, Lead Recruiter and Head of Marketing
Summer Johnson is the lead recruiter and head of marketing at Theater Outsource, Inc. She has a passion for identifying and engaging top-tier candidates across various entertainment sectors including film, television, theater, and live events, and matching those talented individuals with their dream roles. Her recruiting and marketing skills allow her to not only source exceptional talent but effectively market Theater Outsource, Inc., within the entertainment landscape across various media platforms. Prior to Theater Outsource, Inc., Summer was a healthcare and education recruiter for 2 years. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, traveling to new continents, and playing soccer.
Tuesday Curran Southwick, Partnership Coordinator
Tuesday Curran Southwick is the Partnership Coordinator at Theater Outsource, Inc. She has over 15 years of experience within the entertainment and production industry. She graduated from San Diego State University with a degree in Technical Theater Lighting. She worked on Broadway doing Production Management for Aurora Productions working on shows like Spamalot, Doubt, and The Vertical Hour. Prior to Theater Outsource, Inc., Tuesday worked for Barbizon Lighting for 15 years in Purchasing and Operations. Currently living in Atlanta, she has been a part of the boom of Hollywood of the South working with movie studios and TV productions. With her extensive knowledge of all aspects of production and sales, she is skilled in matching amazing companies with the best talent.

When I began working in the theater industry in the 90's, I was in awe of the hardworking people behind the scenes of each and every production. They were the folks everyone could count on to make sure the show goes on, no matter what! Now, in 2023, with over 27 years in the industry, I've made it my mission to give those hardworking people the industry resources they deserve. We've expanded our services to different markets, and added new aspects to our business, like project management services and more. We are passionate about helping as many people as as possible accomplish their goals, and we have the right resources to get the job done.
